Welcome to the documentation for Spell Revisions, an Infinity Engine mod created by Demivrgvs. Spell Revisions aims to fix, tweak, and enhance arcane and divine spells in Baldur's Gate II, Tutu, Baldur's Gate Trilogy, BG:EE, and BGII:EE. This originally started as a project to make the spell system more balanced by improving weaker spells.

Essentially it makes more spells useful/convenient to use, and more low level spells effective for a longer time into the game, giving you good reasons to switch your spell picks around a bit. E.g, many buff spells get increased duration, and healing spells scale a bit better with level.

It nerfs most of the better items pretty significantly. The only overpowered aspect of it, IMO, is the set-to-XX attribute items becoming a static +Y instead.
